WHY DO WE CHARGE FLAT RATES? We charge flat rates because we hate surprises, and we know you do too. Computer repair is not magic -- competitors just want you to think it is so they can bill you more.
A good tech with the proper tools and methods should be able to diagnose and complete most repairs in a couple of hours. If a repair turns out to be more complex than expected, WE OWN THAT. We don't pass the cost of our time onto you.
NO APPLE TAX Unlike most shops, we do NOT charge extra just because your computer has a fruit logo on it. A hard drive is a hard drive. A screen is a screen. You get the same fair labor rate whether you use Windows or Mac.
WE OFFER THREE WAYS TO GET THINGS DONE:
1. Drop Off Service: At our workshop in Oak Grove (By Appointment).
2. Field Service: We come to your home or office.
3. Remote Repairs: For software issues, we can fix it while you watch.

TURNAROUND TIME The average repair takes less than 2 hours of bench time. Because we work by appointment, we can guarantee a 48-hour turnaround on most standard PC/Mac repairs (excluding time to order parts if needed).

• On-Site Service (Home or Business): $75 per hour
• Remote Service: $150 Flat Rate (Parts are extra, but we never markup parts. You pay what we pay.)

5 SAFETY TIPS FOR HIRING A TECH ON CRAIGSLIST Since we are huge on integrity, here is how to spot the fakes:
1. Do they have a website? If they only exist on Craigslist, proceed with caution.
2. Do they have a local presence? Google the business name. Do they show up on Google Maps?
3. Are they "Text Only"? A professional business will have a phone number you can call to speak to a human.
4. Is the pricing clear? If they won't give you a straight price, they are planning to upsell you later.
5. Do they promise the moon? If they say they can fix ANYTHING (phones, TVs, microwaves), they probably aren't experts at ANYTHING.
