These cabins are all custom made per order. The base model comes with two windows, one door, and seven foot walls. The studs are 16" on center and the rafters are 24". There are many different options to choose from. The maximum size is 16' wide and 40' long. Prices vary upon size desired and options. Insulation, electric and white pine interior are some of the options. We do not do any plumbing, cabinets or appliances. This Amish company offers free set up and delivery within one hundred miles from Oak Grove, Kentucky and rent to own with 10% down for three to five years of no credit check financing.
