Full job description
We are looking for someone to help us to maintain our storage facility in Clarksville.
This is 4-6 hours weekly.
You must be able to use Microsoft Teams to communicate with us on your phone.
We need help with:
walk throughs using Teams
picking up trash
fixing latches
minor repairs
minor lawn work
There will be some minor emergencies from time to time that you will need to help with also.
Having a truck is useful.
Here is a typical day of tasks at a facility:
1. Spray weed killer through out the facility / gravel areas.
2. Refill the bait station
3. Please check if the tree branch has been cut it's in that aisle.
4. Walkthrough
5. Please thoroughly inspect the facility and let us know if there are any areas that need attention or repairs before closing.
6. Marketing Photos
7. Change the lock code. Ensure both keypads are updated.
8. Reset cameras
9. Hang sign
10. Fix broken latch
11. Pick up trash
12. Empty trash unit
