Rent:
$1,500 per month.
One (1) month’s deposit required.
Utilities (electric & internet) are shared 50/50. Utilities usually average about $50-60/mo per person, but that will also depend on your usage.
Minimum 6-9 months. Flexible length of stay after, but will require a 2-month notice on move-out. Will require ID and latest paycheck stub as proof of income/employment.
Room:
Unfurnished. The photos have furniture so you can get an idea what you can fit, but the room will be unfurnished. Measures approximately 8 x 12 feet. Converted bedroom with wall. French doors (no lock) with curtains. Hardwood floor. Large windows (tons of sunlight), heat, A/C, and double-paneled windows for noise reduction. The room is big enough to fit at least a full-size / queens-size bed, a table, and a chair. There is no closet in the room, but the closet by the main entrance will be yours.
Building:
Full-time doorman. Two (2) elevators. Laundry (washer & dryer) in the basement.
About myself:
I’m in my late-30’s, male, and currently working as a freelancer. I work from home most of the time, but travel from time to time. I’ve had multiple roommates over the years, mostly female. I’m pretty easy going, minimal, clean & tidy, and low-key. I like to keep my home as a place of peace and relaxation. I don’t usually bring guests over and I never bring parties home, so I’m hoping for someone that is looking for something similar. I’m usually working, running errands, steaming movies, cycling, or hanging out with friends. Non-smoker. Full vaccinated.
Would prefer someone not working from home full-time.
House rules:
There are general rules set forth by the building (not me) such as no loud music after a certain time. Other than that, I will kindly ask: no parties, no sublets, no pets, no smoking, no live-in boyfriend/girlfriend type of situation, no drama, limit guest(s), clean up after yourself, be responsible of maintaining your room and the common areas, and no shoes in the apartment.
